Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Ensure good machine maintenance and facility team performance.
  • Establish team with good discipline and high morale level.
  • Plan and tracking all the equipment maintenance schedules and activities, such as daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly machine preventive maintenances.
  • Ensure machines are running smoothly for daily operations.
  • Provide trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills to the team.
  • Ensure proper installations, renovations and maintenance of facilities to minimize production delay.
  • Perform routine inspection and ensure the main equipment are in good condition to support daily operation.
  • Cost control on facility and machine maintenance within the budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards, BIC requirements and other relevant regulations.
  • Perform training and guidance to the facility & maintenance team. Instill good maintenance practices and safety culture.Ensure all the works done on time and meeting quality & SOP standards.Update and documented all the inspection and PM reports.
