POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Facility and Maintenance Technician who will work closely together with engineers, technicians, and facility to ensure maintenance of the whole site and coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to keep our buildings and production facility up to date and in compliance. In this role you will also drive different projects related to facility and buildings and coordinate shutdown activities for the production area. Overall, you are the go-to-person in all matters related to facility. Working hours are Monday to Friday during normal business hours, but with flexibility if needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

As a person you have a positive approach to people and tasks, and you see the opportunities rather than limitations. You are a team player and manage to be self-motivating and proactive, just as you possess a natural power of impact and action.

To be successful in this role you should have:

  • Good coordination skills and a structured and hands-on approach to solving tasks.
  • A natural drive to take initiative and get the job done.
  • The ability to cope with many different tasks in a busy day where two days are never the same.
  • Understanding of Danish building regulations and facility law (advantage).
  • Natural flair for interacting with different stakeholders at different levels.
  • Experience from Facility Management is an advantage.
  • Experience working with SAP or equivalent software.
  • Experience with audits is an advantage.Well-developed collaboration skills in Danish and English – both in writing and speaking.

  • Your background and education are not the most important, but experience within facility management and maintenance, preferably from a GMP regulated production would be an advantage. You should have +3 years of experience from a similar position or other related field. Your education could be as a craftsman supplied with relevant facility courses, or you could have a background as building constructor or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate internal and external maintenance and service of the site in corporation with the owner of the buildings.
  • Coordination with projects and different external craftsmen.
  • Pest control management.
  • Different tasks related to the environment and sustainability.
  • Handling of ABA and AIA systems.
  • Waste management in cooperation with external partners.
  • Drive projects related to facility and maintenance.
  • Drive SAP-related maintenance and instructions.
