Responsible for operation and maintenance of all plant utilities and for delivering sufficient utilities to the GMP manufacturing operation.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• B.Sc. / MBO4+ in a Technical Discipline
• relevant working experience with a minimum of three years
• Dutch working permit
• Allround experience with HVAC & other utilities (maintenance activities regarding electrical, mechanical)
• good English language skills (verbal & written)
• pro-active person, handson
• coordinating experience with third parties
• Dutch language skills preferred
• building automation experience is a pre
• SAP experience preferred
• meticulous/ accurate person

• Responsible for utilities (plant steam, Production gasses, soft water, chilled water, PW, VHP, autoclaves, clean steam etc.).
• Responsible for operation and maintenance of HVAC and building-related installations like cold rooms which involve the Engineering and Qualification of GMP manufacturing sites. This includes the Building Monitoring System and Access Control systems in the facility.
• Ensure that utilities and maintenance systems, execution and documentation are efficient and dependable during inspection. Ensures timely response to regulatory issues.
• Responsible for maintaining compliance with all procedures, policies and regulations regarding provided utilities and services.
• Responsible for pest control (sign of/ guide pest-control coordinator)
• Will be working in a GMP regulated environment
