Facility Maintenance (ACMV & Handyman) – Supervisor

LEADERSHIP

• Lead, manage and motivate allocated team member(s)
• Develop clear goals that is in line with Management’s direction
• Be an excellent team player/mentor to collaborate with the internal and external teams/business partners

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3-5 years of in ACMV servicing maintenance and installation
• Basic English writing / speaking with written Materials ordering skill

• Lead and manage a team of workers for Facility Maintenance in ACMV related projects in Construction and Industrial sectors
• Well versed in Dx unit / VRV / Chilled water System Equipment Maintenance and installation
• Able to provide regular maintenance and troubleshoot for DXFCU / FCU / AHU / CRAC / MAU / Chiller / Cooling Tower / Pumps etc
• Provide necessary duty call after office hours or attend to urgent site maintenance
• Able to read project schedule and application of Permit to work
• Lead workplace safety and promotes safe practices at the job site
• Provide materials ordering and good inventory management on project site
• Ensure maintenance is executed within budget
• Provide regular inspections to daily work site and ensure installation is according to requirement.
• Any other duties as assigned and comply to ISO / OSHA standards
