WHO WE ARE
At WS Audiology, we provide innovative hearing aids and hearing health services.
Together with our 12,000 colleagues in 130 countries, we invite you to help unlock human potential by bringing back hearing for millions of people around the world.
With us, you will become part of a truly global company where we care for one another, welcome diversity and celebrate our successes.
ABOUT THE TEAM
We are busy and are therefore looking for a new colleague to join our Facility Management team. We are seeking an experienced engineer, or similar with knowledge of CTS systems and building automation, who wants to work at our welcoming CO2-neutral headquarters in Lynge, where we have our own solar park and wind turbine.
We are looking for a colleague who, with passion, enthusiasm, and joy, will be part of our already fantastic team with a great sense of teamwork and a “go do” attitude.
EXPERIENCE:
- Background as a mechanist, engineer, or similar technical understanding
- Experience with the operation, maintenance, and optimization of technical installations in properties, as well as an understanding of the importance of indoor climate for the needs of internal stakeholders
- Familiarity with working with IT, and perhaps insight into Iconics/Scada/Beckhoff systems
Responsibilities:
In this position, you will become part of our Facility Management team, which works on the operation, maintenance, and optimization of the property’s technical facilities and installations in a professional and service-oriented manner.
Your focus will be on making the technology at our headquarters as sustainable and innovative as possible, and ensuring it functions optimally with the right initiatives.
Together with your colleagues in the Facility Management team, you will work across our locations, with colleagues from different departments, and particularly with our operations department. You will also have contact with many external partners.
Your primary tasks will include:
- Contributing to the development of the department’s strategies for optimized use of the CTS system, preparation of standard controls broadly within HVAC, and participating in maintenance work
- Providing technical support and advice to our colleagues in the production departments and actively participating in projects with production
- Troubleshooting and ensuring the repair of faults in the building’s technical facilities
- Assisting and taking responsibility for negotiating technical service agreements and contract management
- Taking active responsibility for energy management and ongoing optimization of energy consumption
- Budget planning, reporting of consumption and savings, KPIs, and document management
- Contract responsible for contracts with suppliers and responsible for daily cooperation
Furthermore, we in the team are open to your input, which you can contribute, and therefore, you will have the opportunity to shape the content of the role based on your skills and ideas.
