FACILITY MANAGER - RESIDENTIAL AGED CARE

Seeking a strong Facility Manager to manage the daily operations of this lovely aged care facility based in the Inner Eastern suburbs of Melbourne!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a Facility Manager within Aged Care
• Current AHPRA registration is desired but not essential
• Strong understanding of aged care regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to effectively manage resources, budgets, and operational processes
• Extensive clinical and operational knowledge
