Factory Machine Operator

HERE’S WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Ideally, we’re looking for personnel with experience in a manufacturing, electrical or warehousing environment with mechanical aptitude as you will be working around large and technical plant & machinery. Able to operate a OSH forklift is advantageous.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Previous experience as a machine operator preferably in an automated manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Good communication skills.
• Operating automatic and semi-automatic machinery in the factory.
• Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety protocols.
• Monitoring and controlling the quality of our products.
• Collaborating with team members to optimize productivity.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
• Participating in skill development and training programs.
• Keeping accurate records of production activities.
• Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Osh Forklift
