Description:
Factory Manager
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Accounting, or Management
Minimum 2 years of managerial experience (MANDATORY), experience in the textile industry is a plus
Familiarity with SAP - S/4 HANA system (a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience in leading teams, strong problem-solving skills, good communication skills, enthusiastic, and innovative
- English proficiency is a plus
- Willing to be placed in the Central Java area
