Factory Supervisor

at  Tiong Seng Contractors Private Limited

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess good technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Prior panel wiring experience required
• Well-versed in MS Office/Excel
• Willing to work at Tuas area and with own transport
• 5.5 working days per week

• Report to the Factory Manager
• Supervise the workers in main factory, as well as two other factories, to ensure safety and quality of work.
• Keep track of stocks, maintain and take orders of components and accessories.
• Manage the movement flow of the tower crane
• Keep track and arrange delivery schedules and ensure given tasks are completed within the given timeframe.
• Ensure good housekeeping.
• To assist the factory manager in administration matters such as the compiling and preparing of reports etc.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned
