Qualifikation

• Du hast Erfahrung als Fahrradmechaniker/in, Zweiradmechaniker/in, Zweiradmechatroniker/in oder hast mechanische/handwerkliche Erfahrung aus einem ähnlichen Bereich. (You have experience as a bicycle mechanic, bicycle mechatronics technician, or mechanical/craft experience from a similar field.)
• Du glaubst an die Kreislaufwirtschaft und interessierst dich für Nachhaltigkeit. (You believe in the circular economy and sustainability.)
• Du bist gut organisiert und hast ein Auge für Details (You are well organised and pay attention to details.)
• Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und/oder Englisch. (You communicate confidently in German and/or English.

The Bike Club is looking for a bike mechanic, who will oversee our quality bike fleet and carry out the entire refurbishment process ensuring that the bikes are delivered in excellent quality to our bike club families.
Your responsibilities include meeting daily bike production targets, ensuring bikes meet our quality standards, reporting issues to the Operations Team, and maintaining a clean and organised workshop.

Aufgaben

• Du spielst eine wesentliche Rolle beim Aufbau der Fahrradwerkstatt in Berlin mit Unterstützung unserer Fahrradexperten aus London. (You play an essential role in building the bike club workshop in Berlin with the support of our bike experts from London).
• Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere hochwertige, leichte Fahrradflotte gut gewartet ist und vor dem Versand zum Verpacken bereitgestellt wird. (You make sure our quality lightweight bike fleet is well maintained and made available for packing prior to being dispatched.)
• Du reparierst und generalüberholst nach den hohen Standards des Bike Clubs, teilst die Arbeit im Team ein und unterstützt bei der Einarbeitung und Schulung der Teammitglieder. (You repair and refurbish to bike club high standards, allocate work among the team and support with the onboarding and training of team members.)
• Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Arbeitsablauf, treibst die tägliche Leistung deiner Teammitglieder voran und sorgst für eine gut-organisierte und ausgestattete Werkstatt. (You make sure the operational workflow is seamless and drive the day-to-day performance of your team members and maintaining an organised an equipped workshop.)
• Du meldest und löst Probleme und arbeitest eng mit dem Operations- und Logistikteam zusammen_._ (You report and solve issues and work closely with operations and third-party logistics team.)
