Our client is an exclusive family law practice based on the Sunshine Coast. The firm has a position available for a Family Lawyer who can work independently and run matters from beginning to end. The firm is led by an Accredited Specialist who is down to earth and runs a high-quality family law practice.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4 years + PAE in Family Law
- Have a confident, determined & proactive personality
- Have an empathetic attitude to clients
Responsibilities:
- Flexible Remote Working from Brisbane, Gold Coast, or Sunshine Coast.
- Collaborate within a nurturing and team-oriented environment.
- Divorce applications
- Contested and consensual property matters
