REQUIREMENTS

• You will be a Family Solicitor with at least eight years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You should have experience of developing and winning new business
• Experience in mentoring and leading more junior lawyers is to advantage but is not essential.
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your background.

This firm is currently seeking a Family Partner to join their West End, London office.
The team is busy and due to an influx of new work, they are seeking to hire a Family Partner. You will work with the other partners to drive the department forward, whilst mentoring and supporting the more junior members of the team.
The family department is a small but successful team of five. You will join a busy, professional, and reputable team that is going from strength to strength.
You will work with an affluent client base that has a solid reputation, they receive the majority of their work through referrals.
You will deal with a broad and privately funded caseload which will include; Divorce, finances, private children, surrogacy, prenuptial and pre-partnership agreements, offshore assets, cohabitation, injunctions and civil partnerships.
