PURPOSE:

Home Visitation position focusing on parent child relationships with a strength-based philosophy using Growing Great Kids Curriculum.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide Family Support through weekly home visits
  • Focus on Parent Education using Growing Great Kids Curriculum
  • Family Centered Goal Setting
  • Developmental Screenings
  • Connect families to community resources
