WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • University degree in Marketing or Economics
  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience with strong expertise in FMCG and Brand Marketing and strong emphasis on Strategic Marketing
  • Understanding of Asian markets in terms of consumer, culture and FMCG dynamics
  • Strong project management skillset, understanding of traditional and digital media, digital platforms/channels
  • Good analytical ability and cognitive thought, experience in data analysis and interpreting
  • Ability to effectively collaborate across functions and with multiple stakeholders, good team working skills
  • Agility and capability of adapting / multi-tasking in a fast paced and continuously changing environment
  • High sense of responsibility and proactivity, anticipation of issues and proposal of solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, advanced time management and organizational skills
  • Advanced MS office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills, SAP
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The role is aimed to develop strategies for Brand(s) by developing and implementing ideas and project to significantly contribute to growing market share and competitively positioning.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop brand strategies and provide insights to define the key role in defining the brand targets, sales mix, net sales, gross margin and marketing contribution as well as volumes and sales value budget
  • Participate in preparing key strategic plans defining volumes, P&L, activity plan
  • Manage advertising, promotion, research and market analysis costs
  • Give direction on positioning in comparison with competitors’ actions
  • Verify former price lists and evaluate the right product mix
  • Contribute to new product development (NPD) strategy development
  • Drive innovation through new product and strategy development
  • Develop the advertising strategy and managing creative agencies
  • Monitor the outputs related to the brand plans and participation in the definition of the promotion strategy
  • Supervise material development activities (e.g. execution of packaging development and new packaging / labeling projects)
  • Execute conventional and digital media mix planning and follow-up
  • Analyze results and data of tests, calculating KPIs and proposing actions
  • Participate in proposal, implementation (e.g. briefs) and follow-up of strategic and operational improvement projects
  • Be responsible for project and people management activities
