Fashion Production & Designer Assistant

REQUIREMENTS:

• Weekdays (except PH), adjustable hours as long as present during our core working hours - 8+1h between 8am to 8pm.
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken).
• Experience in fashion or creative related studies.
• Have a good understanding of Reckless Ericka’s creative vision and our target customers.
• Proactively acquiring knowledge regarding company general information, fashion news, new product information, customer feedback and staff communication.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

ROLE:

You are a Reckless Ericka ambassador with a passion for our products.
You are a driven individual with the ability to be hands-on, have keen eye for details and are open to giving and receiving feedback.
You will play a crucial role in being exceptionally creative and work alongside the Designer to support areas in Sourcing and Production.

Key Responsibilities(Production) :

• Support logistical needs via tracking, receiving packing and unpacking of samples shipments.
• Manage production sample fitting and photoshoot samples to ensure that tasks are executed timely and accurately.
• Attend any quality complaints and feedback, investigate issues, and ensure timely responses.
• Receiving and processing Orders, new stock, replenishments, returns, damages and transfers, as well as all stock-take exercises (studio).
• Opening, conduct quality check and packing new stocks to ensure that it meets Reckless Ericka’s standards and specifications.
• Investigate defect issues with Designer.
• Ensure stocks tally online and onsite.
• Ensure overall tidiness and housekeeping of stock baskets and studio sales floor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES(DESIGNER’S ASSISTANT):

• Have a user-centric, thoughtful approach to gathering insights (through focus sessions and surveys) and solving for customer needs
• Understand our market, targeted customer personas, and good design principles through research and customer studies.
• Prepare moodboards, designs, sketches and technical packs for collection development.
• Keep all tracking systems promptly updated providing effective visibility to the Designer.
