MN RAN Network Management (NM) unit offers best-in-class applications for seamless daily network operations, including optimizing and automating the Data Center operations. We are seeking a Feature Owner Team (FOT) Leader, a Project Lead, to strengthen our Network Management R&D team in Espoo to work with the Nokia Airframe Data Center Manager and Nokia Edge Automation Tool products.

YOUR REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE. TO BE ABLE TO SUCCEED YOU:

• Have efficient meeting facilitation practices and good communication skills, active communication inside the FOT and across the wider organization.
• Know how to summarize status in a crisp and meaningful way for different levels of participants.
• Have excellent project management skills, a proven track record in delivering projects from the start to successful completion.
• Are comfortable in challenging situations, you perform well under high pressure.
• Have good leadership skills with proven experience in managing virtual and/or multicultural teams.
• Are comfortable with decision making. You can demonstrate your decision-making skills with real life examples.
• Have experience with RAN WoW, you can support teams to adopt it further.
• Are aware of the FOT process and fault management processes.
• Have acted as a FOT leader before; you know the basic concepts, and you have successfully completed features.
• Have driven internal improvement projects within an organization.
• Are fluent user of jira and can explain how to best utilize the RAN planning and execution platform tools.
• Own the FOT challenges, have prior experience in creating necessary mitigation plans and owning those actions.
• Can support other FOTLs in the organization and actively share own best practices
• Don’t blink when given a task that looks a bit unclear in the beginning, but with your past experience, you know how to get started
• Have experience with the software development projects in cloud world; basic understanding of the sw development dynamics and technologies in the cloud environment
• Are truly fluent in written and spoken EnglishGreat sense of ownership of the assigned work

  Please note that this role requires presence at the Espoo office and we are not offering relocation option for this position.

• Leads key and less complex projects that positively contribute to business or operation impact, such as streamlining processes and tools for efficiency in functional, regional or local operation.
• Manages the execution of a program of medium complexity against agreed program targets.
• Is responsible for project execution performance with respect to financial and operational KPIs such as cost, timelines, revenue, project assets, and customer satisfaction.
• Interfaces with key stakeholders in business area leadership.
• Owns and manages customer relationships for assigned scope in services, delivery and performance areas.
• Ensures contract execution is based on PM@Nokia methodology and applicable BG guidelines and processes.
• Ensures proper communication to relevant stakeholders for technical requests, emergency cases, outages and project delivery issues.
• Monitors, reports and optimizes service delivery in alignment with relevant processes and tools providing sufficient operational visibility to stakeholders (EG Project Management, PMO, customer).
