QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- 4 years of experience with providing Human Resource support services to a federal sector client
- Knowledge of workforce evaluations, HR related benchmarking activities, and/or organizational assessments
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities:
As an HR Operations Specialist for our federal sector client, you will:
- Process personnel actions, such as hiring, promotions, terminations, and transfers, to maintain organizational compliance and efficiency
- Perform classification of job positions, ensuring they adhere to appropriate job classification standards, wage and salary structures, and organizational requirements
- Maintain records of personnel actions, qualifications, and job classifications for reference and auditing purposes
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding personnel actions, classification, and qualification processes, fostering positive working relationships
- Assess and validate the qualifications of potential candidates or existing employees, matching their skills, education, and experience to job requirements
- Develop task plans and understanding best practice frameworks, and key performance metrics
