WORK YOU’LL DO

As a Human Resource Senior Analyst for our federal agency client, you will:

• Perform human resources (HR) tasks in a fast-paced, high volume environment
• Prepare documents for scanning and mailout, filing, and faxing certified forms to insurance carriers or other POC’s related to the Benefits and/or Payroll processing team
• Use proprietary tools, methods, and processes in performing project tasks
• Develop task plans and understand best practice frameworks, and key performance metrics
• Leverage HR knowledge to identify and implement business process improvement plans
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures, client-facing communications, and/or job aids and training guides
