Responsibilities:
WORK YOU’LL DO
As a Human Resource Senior Analyst for our federal agency client, you will:
- Perform human resources (HR) tasks in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Prepare documents for scanning and mailout, filing, and faxing certified forms to insurance carriers or other POC’s related to the Benefits and/or Payroll processing team
- Use proprietary tools, methods, and processes in performing project tasks
- Develop task plans and understand best practice frameworks, and key performance metrics
- Leverage HR knowledge to identify and implement business process improvement plans
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures, client-facing communications, and/or job aids and training guides
