EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

• Proven ability to take ownership, show initiative, and develop strategic and operational plans
• Extensive knowledge and experience managing a high intensity and complex primary production environment at a senior level
• Experience leading within a feedlot environment advantageous
• Working knowledge and the ability to manage compliance across a range of regulatory environments

The Feedlot Manager has full responsibilities for the site operations together with responsibilities as a critical leader within our Northern Operations Grain-fed business.
