Description:

The Feel Good Manager at Pixel Plus will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and productive work environment for our team members. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing programs and initiatives that promote employee well-being, satisfaction, and engagement. This includes but not limited to organizing team building activities, mentoring and coaching employees, monitoring employee satisfaction, and addressing any concerns that may arise.

Tasks

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Organize team building activities and events
  • Mentor and coach employees to improve their skills and job performance
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and address any concerns that may arise
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive and productive work environment
  • Provide support and resources to employees to help them navigate any personal or professional challenges they may be facing
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in employee engagement and well-being

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Feel Good Manager or similar role
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement and well-being best practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and other stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
