To be successful, you must be registered with the Medical Council of New Zealand or eligible for such registration (General Registration). Applicants must be eligible to work in New Zealand. Other requirements for the role include:
- FPM-ANZCA(or equivalent). Consideration will be given to applicants developing an interest in pain medicine as part of their base speciality including but not limited to paediatric medicine, anaesthesia, and psychiatry.
- You should be either nearing the end of your training, or ideally, have recently completed a formal training programme or near the end of the training program, but seeking additional structured training in Paediatric Pain Medicine or have a Fellowship equivalent to anaesthetic FANZCA.
