Description:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR Certification from a renowned institute is a plus (if not an HR Grad)
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist/Coordinator, preferably in the UAE.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND PERSONALITY ATTRIBUTES:
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
ROLE SUMMARY:
The HR Coordinator plays a key role in managing various human resources functions to support the organization’s overall objectives. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from talent acquisition and employee relations to performance management and compliance. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in HR best practices, have strong interpersonal skills, and be adaptable to the dynamic business landscape in the UAE.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and provide guidance on resolution.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction.
- Administer performance appraisal processes and assist in the development of performance improvement plans.
- Provide coaching and support to managers in performance management matters.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Stay abreast of the labor law and regulations in the UAE and ensure compliance in all HR practices.
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and adherence across the organization.
- Manage employee documentation and maintain accurate HR records.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other employee perks.
