Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will be in charge of the operations and solutions management in the frame of Flight Hour and LRU Services. The Industrial solutions manager will work within a team of repair & transport/logistic solutions experts. The main aim of this team is to build and maintain the set-up for FHS repair & Transport supply chain. To maintain and improve this industrial set-up is an involved daily work with suppliers and a lot of worldwide FHS others teams contributors.

1) Searching and managing maintenance repair and transport capabilities:

  • Collecting & organizing the capabilities from suppliers
  • Supporting all the entries into service to find the adapted operational solution
  • Industrializing the operational processes for this activity

2) Entry into service management and support to sales campaign:

  • Focal point for FHS networking needs (synchronizing FHS programs, procurement, operations, repair contacts
  • Following-up a complete Entry into Service Industrial solution mapping
  • Preparing the repair & transport/logistic instructions for the future business

3) Operations solutions and network maintenance:

  • Supporting to operational team, capability collection
  • Searching for FHS and LRU services solutions
  • Maintaining and following-up FHS customer specificities and network according to their contract expectations as well as certificates

4) Manage and drumbeat operational projects or processes improvements management. Find alternatives Repair Solutions with Significant transport cost reduction, prospections and pre-sales anticipation needs
5) Supplier Data management specialist: Manage all supplier data in accordance with ARP and the FHS MIS (AMASIS). Run the regular data synchronization and standardize the MIS data for invoicing and delivery.
6) Act as focal point and interface with Supplier Quality & Procurement (PESC / SOPM)
7) Upkeep and live Airbus Values, Leadership Model and Code of Conduct to be exemplary to others and to promote and increase the awareness of Airbus Values, Leadership Models and Code of Conduct.
8) Carry out any other task as directed by the superior.
Skills and qualifications :

  • Experience with Aviation Services activity

  • Experience in Project Management and/or in Suppliers Management

  • A n advanced level of English is required for this position, French is a plus

-Team spirit

  • Enhanced communication skills

-Good personal organization and rigor

-Ability to switch between activities

  • Knowledge of Skywise and advance level in Excel/GSheet is a plus
