Reporting to the Service Manager you will be responsible for;

• Ensuring all vehicle tasks and completed correctly and within the specified time
• Overseeing and mentoring staff members
• Keeping the workshop in a clean and tidy state
• Ensuring all workshop operations are completed to a professional standard

The ideal candidate will;

• Have excellent time management skills and work efficiently
• Present to work in a punctual and presentable manner
• Advise Service Manager of any ongoing workshop issues or workplace concerns
• Have a safe and environmentally friendly approach to work
• Complete all services and repairs to a professional standard

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Advanced mechanical, electrical and diagnostic capabilities
• 5+ years experience will be an advantage but not necessary for the right candidate
• Able to work autonomously, unsupervised and coach other staff members
• Fiat Commercial experience would be an advantage
• Air conditioning licence would be an advantage
• The successful applicant will also hold relevant and valid qualifications as required
