The Field and Partner Solutions Engineering Manager - Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) is an exciting and rewarding position. We are looking for a dynamic leader who possesses extensive experience leading pre-sales engineering teams in Software as a Service (SaaS) vendors, with a significant emphasis on Unified Collaboration as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Centre as a Services (CCaaS)
This Leadership role will be responsible for serving as the business partner to the Head of ANZ, as well the ANZ Sales and Channel Leadership, and tasked with contributing to strategic planning, headcount growth, coverage models and business strategy.
The ideal candidate will be a self-driven experienced leader who can work with the ANZ Solutions Engineering team to remove obstacles and allow them to focus on their priorities.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and lead ANZ Field and Partner Solutions Engineering team
  • Set and execute the technical ANZ pre-sales direct and channels / partner strategy
  • Drive the Zoom vision, including in-person presentations at key customer and partner facing events.
  • Build business plans with ANZ sales, channel, customer success and marketing cross-functional partners
  • Define and Implement zoom partner technical enablement and demand generation events
  • Coach and mentor both experienced and and early in career (EIC) team members
  • Handle business, technical, personnel and customer escalations
