Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW
This position supports the smooth operation between our field operations and head quarters office. The position is responsible for a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the organization’s efficient operation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years’ experience
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verb al communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Fluent in both English and Spanish preferre

Responsibilities:
- Onboard new employees through Paylocity
- Collect daily payroll reports
- Update payroll spreadsheet with all daily payroll reports
- Field Escorting as needed (requires badging)
- Update digger numbers for job sites
- Assist Accounts Payable with material tickets and field Purchase Orders
- Follow up with Project Managers on status of field tickets & Pos.
- Create and maintain filing system for job & maintenance documents
- Schedule meetings as needed for Project Managers, Foreman, etc.
- Perform special projects as requested
