WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE:

• Provide support for hardware such as laptops, desktops and monitors.
• Install and maintain PCs along with associated accessories and peripherals.
• Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes as required.
• Test and certify PCs.
• Provide follow-up on problems, escalations and requests.
• Maintain a high degree of professionalism.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout all transactions.
• Ensure incident and request tickets are updated according with the ticketing system.
• Provide on call support.
• Some travel. #L1-AS1

YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

• Baseline/NV1 required for this role
• Prior experience working in hardware break and fix, installation, desk side software support and / or service desk support
• Customer Service experience
