Description:
Summary/Objective: Promotes the company mission statement while being responsible for direct hands-on work of a crew(s) and/or Trade Partners to produce units of construction which are assigned on a project by a superintendent or project manager. Ensure crew always operates within Harper’s safety and quality standards. Plan and assign work; track and account for labor hours and productivity; supervise activities of a construction crew/s and/or Trade Partners.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Associate degree with minimum 2 years field
- Scheduling:
- Ability to understand material delivery dates and when they are
- Demonstrate ability to understand conflicts regarding

- Knows when to RFI an issue or resolve effectively
- Demonstrate willingness and some ability to run a Trade Partner coordination meeting.

- Coordinate a 3d design for
- Coordinate a 3d design layout in the field.
- Utilize BIM Glue and Navisworks software when appropriate to assist in the BIM process on a project.

- Soar Implementation – if allowing other Harper staff to conduct orientations ensure proper message and execution of the document.
- OSHA standards are understood and followed based on the actions of workers on the job.
- Performing weekly Toolbox Talks with all active trades.
- Conduct Safety Stand down Training as necessary.
- Participates in the timely and effective investigations of all incidents including injuries, property damage, behavioral issues and near misses.
- Conduct weekly site safety inspections in Procore.
- Assist the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendents to create Schedules as well as determining sequencing of work.

- Visual and documents inspections of work in place.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work Environment: This role may require walking over varied terrain, climbing, stooping, bending, and lifting. Lifting requirements vary from minimal loads to heavy; but help is always available with heavier loads.
