Major Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to join our team and make an impact across various Marketing disciplines in Denmark, Finland, and the Baltics.
This role is pivotal in driving our regional marketing strategy, supporting the local sales team, and managing relationships with strategic partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in marketing.
  • Expertise in Digital Marketing and ABM.
  • Proven track record in online marketing and social media.
  • Dedicated and ambitious personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, with strong project management skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Solid event organization experience.
  • Good understanding of marketing through channel partners.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce and Marketo preferred).
  • Education in Marketing and/or Business Administration is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with sales and business stakeholders, as well as strategic partners, to support business objectives.
  • Resource Management: Manage local marketing resources and budgets efficiently.
  • Channel Marketing: Align marketing activities with channel marketing to support and execute joint marketing initiatives.
  • Marketing Activities: Plan, organize, and execute a variety of marketing activities, including social and digital marketing, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and events.
  • Lead Generation: Monitor lead follow-up and conversions to opportunities to build and maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with DACH sales and EMEA marketing teams.
  • Campaign Localization: Localize and customize corporate marketing campaigns and replicate them in the region.
  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate, measure, and report on all marketing campaigns and budget management effectiveness, ensuring ROI.
