Your opportunity
We are looking for an event-savvy Field Marketing Manager to join our APAC Marketing team as we scale our enterprise business across ANZ!
You will be passionate about collaborating with sales and the extended marketing team! Take a forward-thinking approach to developing and coordinating online and in-person field events such as user groups, meetups, hackathons, workshops, executive roundtables and third party tradeshow sponsorships that build engagement and generate pipeline.
Reporting to the APAC VP Marketing, you’ll work closely with field marketers in other regions, as well as sales, technical and channel teams in ANZ to develop a coordinated go-to-market plan that helps us engage our target accounts, and move them through the funnel.
How do you know if you’re a good fit? A consistent record of creating and delivering effective field marketing programs which have built robust pipelines, targeting both executives and practitioners across digital channels, email programs, webinars and field events.
You have experience in enterprise technologies, ideally Cloud or Software as a Service (SaaS) with a B2B focus, you have a confirmed understanding of account-based-marketing and solution led selling, and have good CRM (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation (Marketo) experience.

What you’ll do

  • Plan and execute (end-to-end) regional field marketing programs focussed on high-touch, targeted engagement within customer and prospect accounts to create new and accelerate existing pipeline
  • Partner with account teams to create account-based marketing plans for top strategic accounts to develop and extend executive engagement
  • Align regional marketing plans with our corporate digital/demand generation programs (e.g. webinars, direct email, digital advertising, outbound/inbound, etc.)
  • Partner cross-functionally to drive the timely execution of field-marketing plans, and ensure strong follow-through on sourced leads and engaged accounts
  • Measure and provide close-loop reporting on pipeline metrics across programs
  • Drive multiple initiatives simultaneously to completion

This role requires

  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing B2B enterprise technology or software
  • SaaS experience highly desired
  • Significant event marketing, webinar and campaign execution experience
  • Exposure to account-based marketing plans for both executive buyers and engineer practitioners
  • Experience in producing, driving and reporting on campaigns in CRM (Salesforce.com) and Marketing Automation (Marketo) systems
  • Strong analytical skills to provide data and insights on return on investment of marketing programs
  • A growth mindset and ability to thrive in a high-growth dynamic environment
  • Ability to travel, strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills
