As the Field Medical Lead, you will have the opportunity to lead a high-performing team of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) and drive the execution of strategic medical activities. Your expertise and leadership will contribute to the successful pre-launch and launch of our products, making a positive impact on patient care.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Scientific background with an MD or PhD/PharmD in Health Sciences or Life Sciences.
• Proficiency in Czech and English.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within Medical Affairs or Commercial departments.
• Strategic mindset, with experience in different product cycles and the ability to drive results.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to optimally engage with Medical Experts and key stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration and cross-functional team experience, navigating through a complex and matrixed organization.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Deep therapeutic area knowledge in relevant disease areas.
• Experience in pre-launch and launch activities.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach a team of MSLs across different therapeutic areas, ensuring their continuous development and effectiveness.
• Implement and drive Field Medical Excellence strategies, ensuring the team is equipped with the right skills and tools to excel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and report valuable insights from healthcare professionals, influencing the development plans, trial designs, and launch strategies.
• Engage with Medical Experts to deliver scientific and medical information, building strong relationships and increasing their knowledge of our products.
• Act as an expert in the field, providing valuable input and guidance on assigned product(s) or product group(s).
• Represent MSLs in cross-functional projects, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
