Our Operations Support Officer’s key purpose is to provide administrative support to the wider team, branch or division. As part of the newly developed team, you will report to the Operations Support Team Lead and provide administrative duties including record keeping, data entry, customer enquiries and bookings. You will have an essential role in supporting a range of administrative activities for a variety of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare and organise documents including minutes, reports and correspondence.
- Assist with audits, investigations, and inspections.
- Organise and record tools, equipment, and materials.
- Coordinate purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
- Process and maintain data entry and record management for a range of purposes including project facilitation, training, authorisations, time entry and roster support as required.
- Manages a range of communication channels including phone, email and postal services.
