Responsibilities:
As a Trainee you will undertake a 12-month training program, which provides an introduction to the electrical industry. You will learn what it takes to build and maintain the poles and wires that deliver electricity to our customers.
Through a combination of formal and on-the-job training, you will learn electrical skills and knowledge, along with develop in areas of literacy and numeracy and workplace experiences.
A Field Operations Traineeship will provide you the skills needed to progress to a Powerline Worker Apprenticeship. We have Field Operations Traineeships available in 2025:
Moree, Inverell and Cobar
