JOB SUMMARY:

NetApp is the Intelligent Data Infrastructure company. We help our customers manage any data, for any application, anywhere. Customers may store their data in their own data centre, in public cloud or, increasingly, both. NetApp is looking for a Field Excellence Manager to increase the efficiency and productivity of our field sales teams in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Latin America.

  • Demonstrable ability to influence senior stakeholders and find consensus across multiple lines of business.

Responsibilities:

  • Constantly understand the sales pipeline creation and progression requirements for large region-wide sales segments.
  • Work with sales to understand demand generation and pipeline requirements for multiple future fiscal quarters.
  • Leverage NetApp strategy to develop and agree with sales a plan of impactful and measurable sales activities.
  • Design and implement sales programs including curation of sales content, facilitation of enablement and the agreement of success metrics and measurement mechanisms.
  • Instil a culture of excellence in our sales practices and process and constantly search for and implement process improvements and efficiencies in our sales cycles.
  • Develop mechanisms for pipeline progression based on product, industry, sales stage and other pipeline categories as appropriate.
  • Align with senior sales to monitor and remediate pipeline creation and progression.
  • Collaborate with our partner teams to ensure our sales programs are understood and utilized consistently by our partner organizations as appropriate.
  • Work with corporate teams to understand current and future sales plays and initiatives to implemented in the region.
