Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years sales representative or sales management experience with proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Field & Fundraising experience (Preferable)
- Proven ability of implementing strategic sales strategy plans and creative ideas
- Ability to motivate, lead and demonstrate to a team on how to drive continuous results
- Ability to attract and maintain customers
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Excellent Organisational and Time Management skills
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc…)
- Bachelors Degree in Business or related subject (Preferable)
- Full clean Driving License (Preferable)
