    We are looking for a motivated, results-driven individual to join a Residential Engineering Solutions as a Field Sales Representative.
    You will be responsible for managing sales activities throughout a territory South Australia, building and maintaining relationships with clients. All leads are passed to you. There is no new business development involved.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A thorough understanding of the “sales” process and dynamics.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to maintain a well-structured diary and conduct professional site inspections.
  • Effective communication skills to provide customers with comprehensive information during inspections.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Salesforce to record project-specific details accurately.
  • Timeliness and efficiency in preparing and submitting quotations.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative to drive results.
  • Valid Drive license.

NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN RESIDENTIAL ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS IS REQUIRED. TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.

Responsibilities:

  • Connect with clients, understand their unique needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain an organized diary, documenting activities, appointments, and site inspections.
  • Conduct around 10 - 20 site inspections per week, ensuring customers receive all necessary information, including expectations, work process, pricing, and availability.
  • Utilize Salesforce to record site-specific details such as building levels, cracks, proposed treatment areas, and more.
  • Prepare and submit timely quotations based on agreed-upon timelines.
