Description:

CPM Ireland, in partnership with Vodafone Business, are recruiting for a Field Sales Representative to drive sales and promote the Vodafone portfolio of products. If you have a retail or sales background with set KPI’s to achieve and are looking to work for an award-winning global network, then we want to hear from you! Competitive base salary and un-capped commission + €3,000 loyalty bonus + €5,000 Car Allowance, fuel card, lunch allowance, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm + more perks!

ESSENTIAL:

  • Full driving licence and own vehicle
  • Strong focus on results and achieving targets daily, weekly and monthly
  • Work on own initiative and continually looking for ways to improve sales performance
  • Positive mindset interacting with customer, colleagues and client
  • Teamwork orientated individual able to share best practice and add to positive team dynamic
  • Strong analysis and judgement skills to prioritise and focus on best opportunities
  • Self-motivation and drive to deliver consistent results
  • Demonstrate a belief in the importance of the customer and a willingness to meet and exceed customer expectation
  • F2F sales experience within the Telecoms market desirable
  • Understanding of the Vodafone portfolio and wider telecoms market
  • Awareness of the Irish Business Arena at local and national levels to maintain pipeline
  • Experience with a CRM tool

COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create and build positive customer relationships
  • Strong written skills for preparing proposals to customers and feedback to management/client

Responsibilities:

THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS ROLE ARE:

  • Manage a territory selling directly to SME (Small Medium Enterprise) and SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) customers and achieve and exceed agreed sale targets.
  • Journey planning to maximise efficiency within your assigned territory.
  • Telephone appointment setting
  • Face to face selling to decision makers and completing applications accurately on behalf of the customer.
  • Represent CPM and Vodafone in a consistently professional manner.
  • Competent IT Skills to report daily activity in field. Be comfortable working with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
