If so, you might be the Field Sales Team Manager that Edenred Finland is looking for.
We are growing fast in the Finnish market and our services are a unique combination of technology and well-being. As a Field Sales Team Manager you will have a crucial role in developing and executing our sales strategy and leading & coaching the team of sales professionals. Half of your time will be dedicated to named clients in Field Sales portfolio.
We are looking for someone with experience in sales, knowing the LNA and/or enterprise sales processes, leading the sales team, hands-on work, working closely with the team by coaching and giving clarity on day-to-day actions, but also working cross-functionally to ensure our end-to-end customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Leading our team of sales professionals
  • Coaching and supporting the team members to achieve their individual and team targets.
  • Target and KPI setting in accordance with agreed practices
  • Regular reporting and presenting them to senior management
  • Monitoring the pipeline development and forecast our sales performance
  • Working as an example doing active sales work
  • Ensuring successful implementation of Edenred’s sales strategy with planning, executing, and monitoring sales actions and campaigns
