The successful candidate will be integral in enhancing the skills and effectiveness of our field sales team through comprehensive training programs and ongoing support.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Tailored Training Delivery: Develop and deliver customised training specifically designed to meet the unique needs and objectives of our major agent partner. This will involve delivery to a multitude of experience levels from trainee up to Director level.
Objection Handling Expertise: Provide training on objection handling techniques tailored to the challenges and opportunities within our partnership, enabling the team to address client concerns effectively.
Strategic Partnership Development: Collaborate closely with the Senior Account Manager to identify opportunities for further development, leveraging training initiatives as a means to strengthen our relationship.
Escalation Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations from our agent partner, swiftly addressing issues and concerns to ensure a positive resolution and maintain client satisfaction. Experience in managing expectations a must.
CRM System Oversight: Take ownership of maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within our CRM system for this account, ensuring that all training activities and interactions are properly documented for reference and analysis.
Training Material Innovation: Continuously evaluate and enhance training materials and resources to ensure they remain relevant, engaging, and aligned with the evolving needs of our major agent partner and industry best practices.
Time Management Excellence: Demonstrate strong time management skills to balance training delivery, relationship-building activities, administrative tasks, and other responsibilities associated with the role.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Previous estate agency experience desirable and/or training background
  • Strong communication skills
  • Solutions orientated when faced with objections
  • Proactive approach to achieving results and experience around target driven environments
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others
  • Fluency in working with CRM systems and Microsoft office
  • Flexibility to travel as needed and work independently in a field-based role.
