JOB DESCRIPTION
To assist engineers in job scheduling and coordinate filed service attendances locally and overseas.
Communicate with Marine- & Offshore customers and manage Engineers attendance on board Ships at Singapore Anchorage, Ports and Ship Yards.
Maintain engineer’s service attendance schedule.
Updating and compiling of service reports, invoice preparations.
Customer & Crane Data maintenance.
Other field service-related coordination and admin duties
