Description:

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and services for KSB products or equipment. This role involves installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair tasks to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

  • To execute technical issue on site & Workshop
  • Performing and responsible for Installation, Inspection / Maintenance / Repair, Check, Troubleshoot Issues and problems.
  • Perform comprehensive Technical Service Report
  • Responsible for meeting/communication the daily service maintenance and repair needs of the customer’s equipment, and acting as Company Representative.
  • Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers as well as performing necessary administrative duties as required and other duties as assigned.
  • Identify risks and opportunities related to any services within the current local situation that can impact the business
  • Implement the QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) procedure as well as all other directives/guidelines

Requirement:

  • Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Having a minimum of 3 (three) years of experience in related functions
  • Good communication skills, analysis, and reporting
  • A team player in a dynamic environment within a matrix organization
  • Having a positive attitude, open-mindedness, motivated and willingness to learn
  • Having pump technical know-how
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Willing to travel all around Indonesia
