Location: Heidelberg-Region (and Baden-Wuerttemberg)

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Professional background/qualification in Electronics/Engineering or related subjects.
3-5 years’ Field experience servicing analytical equipment or equivalent devices.
Willingness to travel to the UK for training opportunities.
Excellent German and very good English skills, both verbal and written.
Clean Driving License

Responsibilities:

Perform all pre-planned and ad-hoc Service activities in line with internal procedures and customer regulations.
Provide responsive telephone support and diagnostics as well as on-site Services.
Provide VDE 0701/0702 safety testing’s at customer devices with proper documentation.
Optimize your working schedule and manage technical escalations.
Actively promoting our contract products.
