Description:
OUR CLIENT IS IN THE LIFE SCIENCE DISTRUIBUTING INDUSTRY, MARKET LEADER IN THE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY. THEY ARE LOOKING FOR A FIELD SERVICE ENIGNEER FOR THE NEXT PHRASE OF THEIR BUSINESS. THEY ARE LOCATED IN WEST.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on Life Sciences equipment to client
- Identify technical issues, and conduct repairs at both on-site and off-site locations.
- Work closely with the sales team to deliver accurate service quotations to customers, outlining the details and estimated expenses.
- Ensure detailed records of service activities and parts usage.
- Responsible for technical support and assistance to customers through various channels.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during service calls.
- Any ad-hoc duty as given
Requirement
- Min Diploma in Engineering
- Min 2 years’ experience in servicing Life Sciences or Medical equipment.
- Proficiency in using MS Offices
