We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer of after sales market to join the dynamic team and contribute to our mission of shaping the future of clean energy.

• Provide customer support in-field and in-house - Hands on is a must !!
• Assist in product design from inception to commissioning.
• Supervise quality control plans and workshop maintenance.
• Liaise with customers, analyze non-conformity reports, and propose solutions.
• Conduct Corrective Actions (CA) and Preventive Actions (PA) to enhance service quality and prevent recurrence of issues.
• Project Mangement & Coordination, liase between China HQ, Client and SG APAC office.
• Travel within Asia Pacific, India Middle- Eastern countries to support sales, and improve department processes.
• Response of sales enquiries & RFQ, provide workable solutions to advise client.
• Improvement planning & solutions proposals to management ( SG, HQ & Job site )
• Response to job site report writting & client enquiries.
• Prepqare BOM ( Bills of Material ) & sourcing for materials with most competitive price.
• Ad- Hoc duties as requested
