EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of three years of related experience and/or training.
- Experience working in a public environment is preferred.
- Ability to travel to various locations daily and interact with a broad range of clientele.
- Overnight travel will be required.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
- Multi-dimensional, conceptual, and innovative thinking to develop new solutions.
- Ability to identify and solve the most complex problems.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Expert organizational skills with an unrivaled inquisitive mindset.
- Expert math skills. Ability to calculate complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
Performs scheduled and unscheduled installation and troubleshooting/services on monitoring equipment.
This role requires up to 75% travel including local/ regional travel.
WHAT YOU’LL DO!
- Essential duties and responsibilities
- Installs monitoring equipment onsite at a clientele facility.
- Installs server equipment and verifies it is connected to the clientele server.
- Performs installations in accordance to provided guidelines while adhering to a high level of quality.
- Performs troubleshooting during scheduled maintenance.
- Operates monitoring software proficiently.
- Performs packing, shipping and inventory records management of monitoring hardware.
- Records and reports abnormal functions of equipment.
- Performs work in accordance with approved equipment, calibration, maintenance and safety procedures.
