• Installation, commissioning, modifications, maintenance and repair of Oerlikon Metco systems and core components at customer sites
• Telephone support for our customers and colleagues (gn)
• Carrying out training and instruction for customers in the operation and maintenance of the coating systems
• Diagnosis and elimination of technical problems on the coating systems
• Documentation of service calls and preparation of service reports
• Preparation of technical documents for internal, departmental and customer use
• Area of field service intervention: mainly in Hungary at our Hungarian customers and Europe
