The Role
A unique opportunity has become available for a Field Service Technician who will work remotely in Australia, providing on-site support to Inivos’ Australian clients. You will be responsible for providing onsite technical service and maintenance whilst building & maintaining positive long-lasting relationships.
You will travel across Australia and New Zealand to meet with the customers to ensure they have adequate maintenance and technical support.
The Field Service Technician will be based in Sydney and will travel to visit customers sites in NSW, QLD, VIC, WA, TAS, SA as well as New Zealand 4-5 days per week and likely to be travelling away from home 1-2 weeks per month.
To be successful in this role you will have strong communication skills, be mechanically minded, enjoy getting stuck in to get the job done, work autonomously and thrive on providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Carry out proactive maintenance of machines, ensuring that all machines and customers are maintained in line with our service plan offering.
  • Respond to reactive requests to troubleshoot, support and repair any customer issues and machines.
  • Maintain the appropriate quantity and quality of stocked resource at all customer locations, conducting regular checks for replenishment.
  • Supporting the sales team to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Deliver training and support on site, providing a professional and engaging practical experience for the customers to enhance their usage of the machines.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to deliver routine customer care activities.
  • Monitor machine usage for customers and ensure there is minimal downtime by offering support to customers.
