Job Details:
Join us in the dynamic world of Field Service Technology! As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be the hero on the front lines, ensuring our Automated Ticketing Systems run smoothly and efficiently across our network. No day will be the same as you dive into a variety of tasks, from scheduled maintenance to rapid response call-outs, all aimed at optimizing system performance and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your role will involve interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internal and external, as you tackle technical challenges with finesse. Whether you’re performing preventative maintenance on fixed installations or troubleshooting issues on the move, your expertise will be crucial in keeping our systems running at their best.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can think on their feet. With a 4-days on 4-days rotating roster schedule that keeps you on your toes, alternating between mornings 5 AM - 5 PM and afternoons 11 AM - 11 PM, you’ll embrace the excitement of the ever-changing landscape of field service.
To excel in this role, you’ll need more than just technical know-how. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset are essential as you engage with clients and team members alike. Your ability to stay focused and level-headed under pressure will be key, ensuring you deliver top-notch service every time.

Minimum Requirements:

  • WH&S general induction card
  • Valid driver’s license

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Previous experience in a Field Services environment
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) systems
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Ability to perform a variety of technical tasks, including maintenance and troubleshooting

Desirable Qualities:

  • Demonstrated electronic servicing skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Strong time management and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and self-motivation
