REQUIREMENTS

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft AD, Exchange, Azure and Office 365 environments coupled with your generalist networking skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with a great phone manner.
  • Great attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Experience working with an IT outsourcer or service provider. (Desired)
  • Must have vehicle and full drivers license. (Mandatory)

Responsibilities:

In this role you will:

  • Provide onsite desktop and IT infrastructure support to our customers across Sydney
  • Be involved in occasional project work to deploy solutions
  • Experience opportunities to install and configure Servers, Networking and other IT equipment
  • Be exposed to account management, VOIP, technical presales, and other areas
  • Work with highly experienced Engineers and Technical Account Managers to maintain best practice environments
  • Work across technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, backup systems and software
