REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with direct customer support and system troubleshooting.
• Proficient with Kubernetes, vSphere, and networking/firewall technologies.
• Familiarity with UCM, 4SE, and other 4Sight products.
• Ability to create UML diagrams and perform system integrations.
• Proven ability to conduct training sessions and effectively communicate complex technical information.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferred to aim to achieve some German language proficiency.
• Ethical and professional conduct in all customer interactions.
• Ability to meet security clearance requirements for working within Germany and other European locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• System Support and Troubleshooting:
• Provide on-site support to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the 4Sight suite of products including UCM, 4SE, Apps, and Third Party integrations.
• Address and resolve technical issues in Kubernetes, vSphere, networking, and firewall configurations.
• Setup, check, and fix configurations in 4SE, UCM, Apps, Kubernetes, and vSphere.
• Deploy and upgrade the 4Sight Suite as per the latest specifications and requirements.
• Maintenance and Development:
• Regularly maintain the 4Sight Suite to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Setup development environments within customer facilities to troubleshoot complex issues that cannot be replicated externally.
• Training and Education:
• Conduct training sessions for customers and internal staff, ranging from basic product introductions to in-depth training for system administrators and software developers.
• Cover extensive training modules including UCM UI, 4SE UI, and 4Sight APIs.
• Integrations and Prototyping:
• Gather new requirements and use cases for Product Owners and Teams to enhance product functionalities.
• Create and maintain UML Diagrams for various integrations.
• Perform sanity testing on critical integrations following upgrades.
• Develop prototypes for new data sources or evolving requirements as necessary.
